Not getting data for Composite disk read / write operations per sec under Disk Standard Metrics Namespace

I am working on a POC of composite disk read/writes metrics operations. I set up a cronjob to continuously write and read the data from the disk attached to the Azure VM.

I can see the read/write operation per sec metrics graph having value under Virtual machine host namespace and on the Azure Virtual machine page.

But when I check the values from the Azure monitor service with Disk standard metrics namespace for the same Composite Disk Read Operation per sec (Preview) / Composite Disk Write Operation per sec (Preview) it has no values.

Can you please suggest to me what best I can do to get the metrics for the Disk standard metrics?
