MIL acount reset/lockout

A co-workers account was locked out, contacted administrators to reset and are not able to find his account.

Is there a help desk with Microsoft to call for a solution.

We tried reset password and no success.

    Hi!

    Do you mean your Teams account has been locked?

    If you are the admin in Microsoft Teams, you can try to reset the password in Teams admin center.
