Intune Company Portal- ios apps not showing without errors on Endpoint Manager

I'm new to Endpoint manager and doing a test roll-out on a few devices. It appears that Intune tenant nad Apple MDM are setup correctly as well as users and Security Group. Devices show up correctly in Device List... I can lock, wipe, etc without any issues.

My problem is with IOS apps from the App Store. I have tested with many standard MS apps, eg., Teams, Outlook, Edge, etc and none appear in the Intune Company Portal on the devices. From the device list, in Managed Apps, Installation Status shows "Waiting for Installation Status" on all apps.

The variable I can think of is VPP... some implementation instructions mention it and some do not. We have not done this through Appple Business yet. I've read it's recommended so it does not appear to be required.

Any ideas on why the Apps wouldn't be showing up? Thanks in advance!

@Quintin Federici Thanks for your response.

The device's MDM shows "Microsoft Office 365", it means the device is managed by office 365, not intune. So, when the app is deployed by intune, it will have issue.

    Fortunately, everything worked well now.

@Quintin Federici Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For this issue, if deploying the store app as available, they may be visible in the company portal website on iOS devices. Could you please check on the company portal website?
