We had two domain controllers, one was used for AD, DNS, DHCP, the second was used for DNS and Exchange, The Server with AD crashed and we had to replace it. I put a new server on the domain, configured dhcp and dns, everything works fine as far as shares, and joining the domain, however, the outlook on the client machines can no longer connect and download email..

    Hi @Donavin Fourten ,

Have you tried using OWA or EAC login to your Exchange server?
If these two work correctly, I think that could be an autodiscover issue.
So you can first check it with Outlook-> Test E-mail Autoconfiguration or EXRCA

If the OWA and EAC failed too, then I may guess this is belongs to AD/DC.

    1. Run Get-ExchangeServer | FL Name,OriginatingServer to check the domain controller that is responsible for Exchange.
    2. Check the AD replication: Troubleshooting Active Directory Replication Problems

If there are something useful, you could share them with your personal information covered to make me better understand your issue.

    Regards,
    Lou
