IP for VS download

Hi,
I cannot set up VS 2017 or 2019, due to issue below.

I am not sure if it is due to Firewall rules rejecting the download. What is the IP for VS download?

    Hi @Peter_1985 ,

    What is your Operating System? Could you successfully download the vs_installer.opc to your machine from the link: https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/installer?

    Please try the following steps to unlock it:

    1. Run your Services as administrator;
    2. Locate the “CNG Key Isolation” service and open it;
    3. Change the “Startup type” option to “Manual” and start it;
    4. Download the Visual Studio and try again.

    Meanwhile, please check for your Windows updates and update it to the latest version.
