i can't activate windows server 2008 r2 180 days trial after 2021. anyone have found a solution for this?

    It never was a supported move to convert 2008 evaluations to licensed. You'll need to use the licensed installation media that came with the product key purchase.

    Hi,
    Since Windows Server 2008 R2 reached end of Extended Support 2020.
    2008R2 is out of service. I suspect that there is no longer a way to get the activation for 180 days.
    Since this is a technical forum and not a licensing one, if you need a definite answer you'd better contact a trained Microsoft licensing specialist regarding your licensing questions.
