E-Mail Notifications in Q&A Forum

Every time when I try to save the email notification settings I got the error message that something went wrong. Does anyone know what exactly went wrong and how I should proceed?

    I just checked and yes, it's giving that error but the changes are getting saved. When I tried to open the settings again, I could see the changes were reflected,

    Okay the settings do seem to be preserved but I didn't get an email notification of your reply. Maybe it will work on the next thread, we'll see.

    Btw: What is actually the difference between a comment and a reply? When I post a comment, that doesn't seem to work either. Nothing happens at all...
