Can't Access Specific URL

Question

I am not able to access https://patchdb.manageengine.com/ from Domain Controller (Windows Server 2019) but I am able to access https://patchdb.manageengine.com/ from the rest of network.

Even after disabling the firewall on Windows Server still not luck. I am out of ideas to diagnose this problem.

I can confirm no access here either. Looks like you can email them here support@ManageEngine .com for support / troubleshooting connectivity issues.

@Dave Patrick I am allowed to connect to this site by manageengine and I am able to visit this site from all devices on my network except Windows Server.

You've asked in microsoft forums about a third party site authorization. We wouldn't have any way to know the underlying mechanism for their site. Looks like you can email them here support@ManageEngine .com for support / troubleshooting connectivity issues.

What's the result when you run nslookup patchdatabase.manageengine.com 8.8.8.8 ?
