Hello,
While removing Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager Library Management Pack, I see Microsoft SystemCenter Visualization Virtual Network Dashboard MP is dependent on the above MP.
Question1: Please suggest how to proceed.
Question 2: How these 2 MPs are related?

Microsoft SystemCenter Visualization Virtual Network Dashboard MP is a component of VMM MP. Remove it first, and then remove VMM Library MP.
Oh that's interesting..!! I was not aware Microsoft SystemCenter Visualization Virtual Network Dashboard MP is a component of VMM MP. Along with this MP file, i see there are few more MP Files which is insalled on same time. so all of these are component of VMM MP? can i go ahead and delete all of these as well?

@Deepak , For our issue, if any other imported management packs depend on the management pack we are trying to remove. We need to remove the dependent management packs before we can continue.

We can check the dependent MP under the Dependencies of this MP.
