Virtual machine bandwidth costs with files in external storage

Hello to the community.
I am planning to mount a Wasabi (hot cloud storage) bucket to an Azure virtual machine with Nextcloud (self-hosted file management server), as wasabi doesn’t fee for PUT, LIST, etc operations, but there are high costs related to Azure bandwidth (internet egress and data transfers between regions, although no cost in the same region).
A drawing to easy understanding:

Are Wasabi East US region and Azure East US region the same? so traffic between them have no costs?

1.b and 2.a counts as internet egress, and all of them count as data transfer between different regions?

Is there any tool (other than post subscription cost analysis) to monitor detailed bandwidth costs?

Thanks in advanced.

    Hi @Luis Padilla ,

Are Wasabi East US region and Azure East US region the same?

    The answer is is "no".

The geographical regions might be the same. But related to the costs for data transfer these are "different regions" because of different cloud service providers (Microsoft Azure <-> Wasabi). For the data transfer between Azure Region East US and Wasabi Region East US you have to pay.
No data transfer costs counts only in the same Azure Reqion.

At least this is my understanding.
