I am having issues with this error. I have tried what i think is everything that posts have told me to do to resolve this. All windows updates are installed. I did a clean boot. I tried compatibility mode. I stopped the firewall. I have made sure all services are running that are supposed to. I did various commands in at the command prompt. The only thing I have not tried is to install in safemode. This is a crystals report engine that i am trying to install .net4 is installed. I installed visual C++ and visual studio. This error will not go away.. I am hoping that there is something someone knows that i have not tried yet to resolve this.. This is a 64 bit computer running windows 10 and the install is a 32 bit program. I have all the other computers running windows 10 and have this installed. This is a brand new PC.. Help!
