Strange printer behavior on Windows 10 and Windows 2016 Server

Hello.

Problem printing to HP Color LaserJet MFP E77830.
When installing a printer on Windows Server 2016 Standart, the status of the printer is "Attention Needed". Documents are not printed.
When installing a printer on Windows Server 2019 Standart, the status of the printer is "Attention Needed". Documents are not printed.
When installing a printer on Windows 10 Pro 20H2, the printer status is "Ready". The documents are being printed.

Tried different drivers:

How do I fix a printing problem on Windows Server?

The problem was fixed after connecting the printer as a TCP / IP Device. In auto-detect mode, the printer was connected as a Web Services Printer.

1.The first HP Universal Print Driver works for Windows Server. There may be some restriction settings that caused the printer problem. Please run the printer troubleshooter to get the error message:
