The Certification Result does not shown while I passed the exam

Question

I took DP-200 and passed the exam score 3 days ago, however, I cannot review either my transcript or my certificate on the Certification Dashboard, (The error message is : Sorry we cannot find your certification profile). Please help

I log on the certification dashboard using the same credential I took the Microsoft AZ-200 Exams, but I still cannot find any testing results. The Reference ID is: 18.9fd73017.1617622110.dfe6fb2. I did not register for the Microsoft account before, so there is no Account Linking issues.

I registered my exam using my personal account but using my company email to redeem the certification fees, if this is the potential reason to effect this issue? However, when I use company email to log into Microsoft Certification Dashboard, I have same issues and same Reference ID.
