Default Display for WSL console (Ubuntu)

Greetings!
I've asked this question on Windows forum, but got forwarded here. My question is:

I have two monitors, but every time I open WSL console (Ubuntu in my case) it opens on main monitor, not the secondary.
All other applications' default monitor can be changed as described here, but not WSL console. Is this a bug or I'm missing something?
