How to restore storage account in azure?

Hi,

By mistake I have deleted my storage account. How to get back all my containers and file like before.
I was searching for answer in google ,I found I should have enable soft-deleted for recovery. Is it true if not let me know any other way to get back

    Workaround: If replication type is set to RA-GRS, Azure provides a secondary Read-access URL for your storage. You can access secondary location by appending -secondary to your storage name. For example, if your primary endpoint is something.blob.core.windows.net, then you can access your secondary location by using this endpoint: something-secondary.blob.core.windows.net. This wouldn't work if the replication type is set to GRS. You need to contact Azure support and they can try to recover deleted storage accounts and deleted containers. To avoid accidental deletions in future, you can use soft delete feature.

    Note: If it is production data that got deleted, I would highly recommend reaching out to Azure Support immediately. We may be able to recover the data if not too much time has elapsed.
