Replication SYSVOL failed.

Question

Hi. I have RODC(Windows server 2016)) and i see error: DFSR 4012

This server has been disconnected from other partners for 391 days

non-authoritative synchronization of DFSR-replicated SYSVOL did not help me(https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-server/group-policy/force-authoritative-non-authoritative-synchronization)

How i can fix it ?

Yes, there's no question for a tombstoned domain controller the only recourse is to demote, reboot, promo it again.

Second RODC have error 5002 and 5008. Do the same as you advised?

DSPatrick, with error 5002 and 5008 demote, reboot, promo help me. But with error 4012 not happen. I got now this error.
