Hi

Have you ever happened that Azure took money from your account without using the account? without any subscription? and the account being asked for cancelation?

Can anyone help help me?

    Hey @FLOREAN IULIA-IOANA ,

    I am sorry to hear about the unexpected charge. The best way to get to the bottom of this would be to contact Microsoft support and have them review the charge. Minimally, they will be able to tell you were the charge originated from and insure it is canceled to prevent any further charges and at most may provide a refund for the inconvenience.

    This link should take you to the ticket creation portal for Azure where you can select billing as the topic and get in touch with someone.

    @FLOREAN IULIA-IOANA
    Thank you for your post!

    As mentioned by Victor, I'd recommend creating a support request so our engineers can take a closer look into your Azure subscription and see what the charge was, along with helping you take the appropriate actions to mitigate future issues.
