How To Post Question On social.msdn.microsoft.com?

I am trying to post on social.msdn.microsoft.com but every time I click on ask question it redirects me to learn.microsoft.com. Please help.

    I think its only to the Forums issues forum for account verification process because of the lingering TechNet wiki
