windows sever 2019 cant spindown HDD

through i have set spindown time in the power project,but i wait some hours and HDD dont spindown
at least, i can hear the head of HDD reset, but hdd dont stop rotation

when i was using sever2016，HDD can spindown normally. First time i use 2019(full new install)， it wolked well.but after i reinstall system,the HDD cant spindown
i have reinstall os for many time and cant resolve problem so i think maybe there are some problem in regdit or driver

    Hi,

    How do you re-install the Server 2019 system, totally clean re-install or in-place upgrade with keeping personal files?

    What is the ISO do you use to re-install Server 2019, downloaded from the official website or third-party customization ISO?

    Please check if use official ISO with clean re-install could work.

    Besides, it's also recommended to consult the HDD hardware vendor to check if the driver is installed correctly, if the driver version is compatible with Server 2019.

    I have clean install of Windows Server 2022 Data Center and have the same problem. Disks dont spin down.
    On Server 2016 it worked without any problem. This seems to be a common problem. As far as I know the support for that feature was never publicly dropped ..?
    So it seems to be a bug.

    Did anybody find a solution? I agree that Windows Server 2022 has the same Problem. Spin down does not work.
    With Server 2016 works everything fine. All HDD spin down after timeout.
