Outlook Insights - Track email open rate not showing up

Hello guys, someone know how can I add the Inline suggestions “Track email open rate” and “Track email” to my Outlook Insights?

I have done some tests sending email to more than 5 contacts in my organization, but this inline suggestion don’t appear to me.

Could you please help?

    Welcome to our forum.

    In order to further confirm your issue, could other Inline suggestions display normally on your Outlook Insights(such as Plan your time away and others)? And could you track the open rate on your web mail?

    If you also couldn't find other suggestions there, please refer to this article to check :Why don't I see any inline suggestions?

    If you just couldn't find the "Tracking email open rate" options there, basaed on my research, Insights does not display read information about every email that you send, there are many circumstances., please kindly check if your message it's also your case : Exceptions to qualifying messages

    If that's invalid and you actually couldn't track rate on your web mail, due to here we mainly focus on general issue on Outlook desktop client, the feature of insight may be more related to Microsoft 365 instead of Outlook, in order to resolve it better, it's suggested to post your issue on this dedicated microsoft 365 forum.

    Hello @Jade Liang-MSFT , thanks for replying to my post.

    Answering your questions:

    • Yes, others Inline suggestions are showing up to me, even on Outlook Web Access
    • The Track email open rate does not appear to me in both mail app or web
    • The emails I would like to track and see the open rates are qualified messages
    • Some few people in my organization have this Inline enabled, but others don't and I don't know why =(

    I will post this question in O365 forum also.
