So then, I use my Personal PC, I want to Install Windows Iot (Internet of Things) Enterprise, and I also have a KMS Server.

If you have a Visual Studio subscription, you can download ISO from there. Keep in mind Windows 10 Iot Enterprise is for OEMs building devices so if you don't have a Visual Studio subscription, you will have to contact a Microsoft distributor.
You need to visit VLSC for Windows 10 IoT downloading or buying.

In fact, you could download Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC for trial, Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise are the same product.
