When I access Deleted Objects in Active Directory Administrative Center, the list enumerates and then comes up with an error that says "Collection was modified after the enumerator was instantiated" and the list goes blank. I can't find anything in the system logs, but not sure if I'm looking in the right place. Has anyone seen this error before? It was working at one point sometime late last Fall and then something changed. I'm not sure what that change was or could have been because I don't manage this domain.

    Hi,

Before going further, please help collect the following information:
1, When did you enable the AD Recycle Bin?
2, The issue was happening whenever you access the Deleted Objects in Active Directory Administrative Center, or just for one time?
3, Did all the DC have the same issue?
4, Please confirm the following value on your DCs.

1, I don't manage the environment, so I'm not sure when it was enabled. I know it was there as of August 2020 and was able to access it.
2, Whenever I access ADAC, every time, even using DA.
3, Yes, all have the same issue.
4, Tombstone Lifetime is 120 days

This domain has about 120,000 objects associated.

In this situation, i suggest you check if everything works well by the following command:
    Dcdiag /v >c:\dcdiag1.log
    Repadmin /showrepl >C:\repl.txt
    Repadmin /showreps *

If still no clues, I would suggest you contact Microsoft Customer Services and Support to get an efficient solution:
