Google Playstore apps

Hello,

When i add apps as optional (to a group) and i open the Google Playstore, it says there are not apps available..
But when i open the playstore, and going to Work apps and Library, its loading and loading but also no results..

I would expect that these apps are on the home screen of the google playstore, seen that before with categories etc, but no idea how to solve this now.

Any one a suggestion for it? (I don't want to have all apps available in the store)

    Hee,

    Im seeing this kind of screen.
    Even the required apps or optional apps arent in that screen..

    If i search them, i can see them

    And if i open workapps i see also nothing

    And the app authenticator is as optional added to the profile..

    @Jeroen F Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

    For this issue, I have done the test in my lab. I enrolled my Android device using method "Android Enterprise corporate-owned with a work profile" and add a Google Play store app to this device group via intune. I find that only the app that is deployed by intune will display in the Android device's Play Store. So, everything goes well in my environment.

    To clarify this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:

    1. Could you please tell us what the method did you use to enroll android the device? The following article describes android enrollment methods:

    2. Please give some screen shots of Play Store in this Android device.

    Hi,

    I was working on full managed devices.. And only getting 2 apps in that screen you shared here.
    Other apps are not displayed on it.

    For other apps, they are automatically installed during Android device enrollment.
