Lost phone, can't login to account keeps asking about code sent to phone, no alternative to login

Hi,

when logging into my azure account portal.azure.com
i keep getting asked for a code from a phone that i lost.
I don't have any alternatives to login, resetting the password leaves me at the same position, it keeps insisting on the phone code.

Can someone please let me know how to contact someone to fix this?

    Try using the Open Get Help app here, do the microsoft bot dance and you'll eventually get to chat with microsoft account support.
