Can I disable the Microsoft office warning message

Question

I have multiple .mp3 files on an external hard dive and have created hyperlinks on an excel spreadsheet to open them. When I click on one I get a warning message telling me that some files are harmful, Can I disable this warning message as the files are all ok.
