Authoring Create Task Parameters

Question

In the process of studying SCOM, I installed a package that allows you to run Powershell scripts.

I can’t figure it out with the parameters, but rather how to use them and when you need to use them.

I can’t figure out how to override the arguments and in what cases it needs to be used.
Please give some simple example.
