How to create access token for Data subject request API?

Hi,
I am trying to access the Data subject request Graph APIs, for this, I need authentication to run my use case.
Here I need to know how can I create an access token that can have permission to call Data subject request API.

What is the permission required? OR if you can refer any documentation that contains this related information
