@YASARSAHOOD MOHAMMAD ,After doing a lot of research, I don't find there's an official article mentioned the integration. So I think that currently SCOM can not integrate with kibana yet.

In General, SCOM uses rule or monitor to generate alert. If there's a windows event id generate when the kibana Dashboard is abnormal, we can create Monitor for this specific event to alert in SCOM. here is an article for the reference:
    https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/51547.scom-monitor-a-specific-windows-event.aspx

Or if there's any PowerShell script can query the abnormal, we can set a custom monitor with a PowerShell script to generate alert. Here is an example for the reference:
    https://blog.ctglobalservices.com/powershell/clm/example-of-setting-up-a-custom-monitor-in-scom-with-a-powershell-script-monitor-nic-teams-in-scom/
Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

We can contact kibana support to confirm if the above methods can achieve in their product. If there's anything unclear, feel free to let us know.
