Change Download Folder

Hi Experts

Is there a way to change download folder for Microsoft Team. When i click the download file, i don't get the option to choose download destination.
All the files to go default downloads folder.

    The best think I have come up with is to Pull down the OPEN and "Open in Browser" and download from there. it's an extra step but saves going to windows explorer and moving it.
