We apologize for the inconvenience with this issue! Here are three things to keep in mind when transferring a domain:
-Your domain is not eligible for an account change if it's pending a contact update approval, within one day of expiration, expired or already undergoing an account change.
-To complete the account change, be sure the receiving account holder checks their email and accepts the domain name in their account. You'll have 10 days to complete the entire process before your request expires.
-Also, you'll need to remove Protected Registration before transferring .
Based on the screenshot you shared, it looks like you have your privacy setting attached to the domain. you can update contact information for domains with privacy protection by following these steps:
-Log in to your Azure Domain Control Center.
-Select your domain name by clicking on it directly to access the Domain Settings page.
-Under Contact Information, select Edit.
-Change your contact information as needed.
-Once your details are to your liking, select Save to complete the process.
