Configure SAP SuccessFactors to Active Directory user provisioning - Cannot Select Attributes

Hi all,

I have just set up SAP SuccessFactors to Active Directory user provisioning, but when in the expression builder any expressions that include attribute values evaluate to nothing if I select a user. If I try and build an expression with the gui it won't display or let me select any attributes as parameters. If I try and select an attribute to set default values, it doesn't show me any attributes to configure. I have yet to run a synchronisation as I need to configure the some expressions. It's as if the App cannot pull the attribute list from SAP SF. Has anyone come across this before?

Thanks

S

Thank you for bringing this issue to our notice and we apologize for the inconvenience. The expression builder is not reading the source attributes (SuccessFactors fields in this case) associated with HR-provisioning app. We plan to work on fixing this issue and we will share an ETA as soon as we have more clarity on the dates. Meanwhile to test your expressions, we recommend using provision on demand capability. If you need help with a specific expression, please feel free to post it in the community here or reach out to our support team.

    Thanks,
    Chetan

Thanks for the response Chetan, I had another problem where if I select anything else other than employeeid as the primary key there is an error in import.
