    hi
    try this method

    Click the Review tab.
Click Share Workbook in the Changes group.
On the Editing tab, click to select the Allow changes by more than one user at the same time. ...
In the Save As dialog box, save the shared workbook on a network location where other users can gain access to it.

As DSPatrick and BukekaMosala-3904 replied, enabling the Shared Workbook feature could meet your needs.

In this case, multiple users could edit the shared file simultaneously. When other users edit and save the workbook, each person's copy of the workbook will update, and Excel is charged with resolving potential conflicts in data.

But Shared Workbooks have limitations, more detailed information, please checkout the article "About the shared workbook feature"
