Gentlemen,

We are upgrading our servers from windows server 2008 R2 standard to Windows server 2012 R2 standard. We managed to upgrade 5 servers over weekend for a test, out of 5 in two servers we observed that windows update screen stops on below screen. I tried multiple reboot, internet works well in the servers, however it still keeps on saying checking for updates. This is challenge one.

Challenge no 2 - We have 100 approx servers to be upgraded to server 2012, My requirement is every time i upgrade server from 2008 to 2012 i need to do windows update as well. Using windows update i've done it for 3 servers however i observes it takes huge time to download / reboot / download again / reboot again etc.. Is there any easy way to install those updates post server upgrade from 2008 to 2012 ?
