Welcome to our new Microsoft Q&A Platform.

    Hi

“the user's client computer connect to printer via shared printer server. on a local network.”

4 can you enter winver in command prompt on printer server and look the os version

5 did your client computers and printer server in the same AD domain ?

6 did you install "printer and document service" role on printer server ?

7 there is a video to introduce how to deploy printer to client computer by using group policy .

i think if you use computer policy to deploy shared printer to client computer x,then any clients A,B,C&D logon this computer X,the printer will be installed automatically.
