I have developed a Bot using Azure Bot Framework Composer and it is deployed to Azure.
We need to call an Azure App Service hosting an ASP.NET Core Webapi from the bot.
What is the best approach to achieve this?
The problem we have is basically related to authentication, AppService is configured to authorize users from Azure AD.

If every bot user could access the web api, you could create a user account and authentication the user and send the request with that token. If this web api could only be accessed by specific user, I think you could get the token and send the request according to the user token value.
