Possible to Answer Teams Call from Android Lock Screen

Is it possible to configure Teams and/or Android to be able to answer a Teams call from the Android lock screen? If so, how?

    Hi,

    Yes it should work, however it is a global issue and only appears to be working on some Android versions or if you're using a Developer preview of Teams, you can follow along the thread below about the same question:

    Hi JayCarper-5747,

    I’m afraid that it is not supported.

    I tested in my Android client. When the screen is locked, the coming Teams call was not shown on the screen and I cannot answer it.

    I also check the notification settings on my mobile and it has no problem.
