Hi Community,

it's about BSOD with WDF_VIOLATION and DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL errors. The problem affects many users in my organization (very common and recursive).
After investigating, I found out that the driver causing the problem is rtump64x64.sys.

Here is some information about our system:

Laptop: Lenovo L15 (type 20U7, 20U8) Laptop (ThinkPad)
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 4750U with Radeon Graphics 1.70 GHz

Windows specification
Edition: Windows 10 Enterprise
Version: 21H1
Windows is up to date.

The Realtek USB GBE Family Controller driver is also up-to-date, version: 10.45.308.2021

I contacted Lenovo and asked for help, unfortunately they said they only support hardware issues.
Then I found out that this problem is already known and affects a lot of users (since 2021-01-12), but so far there is no solution for it.
Here is the link to the Lenovo forum:

Could you please help?

Thanks in advance.

Try perform Clean Boot and see if the problem persist?
    Take a look at:

If not, enable each services one by one to see which one causing the problem.
Make sure report this issue using the Feedback Hub app.
Try update all drivers from the Lenovo website.

See if you can uninstall the newest driver and use an older driver.

If successful then continue to use the older driver while Realtek troubleshoots their problematic driver.

For some devices, if available, a work around is use a Microsoft default driver (uninstall the Realtek driver).

Logs can be collected on up to three computers to check your findings.
