I cant open windows deffender and feeback hub on windows 11. I am on windows insder dev version 1000.22000.132.0

What happens when you attempt to open them?

Try open command prompt as administrator and type the following command:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and let it runs.
I used the command as you pointed out and it was not compromised at all. I used the command as you pointed out and it was not compromised at all. And when I open defender it just shows a blue window and turns off.

Windows 11 released a new update, try download and install it and restart your PC and see if the problem persist?
There is new build available for the Windows 11, try update to the latest build and check if the problem have been fixed.
