Hybrid server migration from one forest to another forest

Hi,

We are in hybrid model.let me explain my scenario below.

Forest A Forest B

Exchange 2016 Exchange online 

               AAD connect

All exchange mailboxes migrated to office 365 and keeping exchange server in forest A for hybrid. now customer wants to change primary smtp address for all mailboxes. example from contoso.com to fabrikam.com.then decommision the hybrid server in forest A and install hybrid in forest B. is it possible to migrate hybrid same version from one forest to another forest and also they will change the namespaces as per their standard.

    Yes, it's supported to deploy the hybrid in forest A, and remove the hybrid configuration, then deploy the hybrid on forest B.

    When do you want to change the primary SMTP address? Before or after deploying the hybrid in forest B?
    If all mailboxes are move to O365 and the hybrid configuration is removed, you can change to use fabrikam.com from O365. If you still have mailboxes on on-premises Exchange, you can change UPN and primary SMTP address before moving to O365.

    @Lydia Zhou - MSFT : I have some addition question .

    I have an environment A (Hybrid exchange ).
    I have to migrate to a New domain B which is not yet existing . I have to retain email address of domain A .
    can i add domain B in Tenant A and verify domain B and add authoritative domain B in on prem ad + add the DNS sufix , re run the hybrid wizard .

    questions
    1: do i need to re-join the exchange server in domain B in exchange environment or do i have to deploy in domain B and one more server to form a DAG?
    2:If i move all the required users to O365 and move remaining users to the exchange server in domain B .
    3: At what point i need to break the hybird and rerun hybrid wizard in domain A and B
