Application Status is Failed immediatly

Hi,

  1. Application is set as Available
  2. If the application is choose to Install then it fails immediately
  3. Application is installed and able to see the Detection Method defined is exist in the Registry
  4. If choose retry then status changed to Success

Please let me know why it says Failed for the first time and how do i check it.

    Please try to checking "Run installation and uninstall program as 32-bit process on 64-bit clients" to see if it can fix the issue.

    The most likely problem here is that the installation EXE is just a bootstrapper that exits before the installation is done. See https://home.memftw.com/command-synchronicity/

    Application is selected to install from "Application Catalog". It fails it chosen to RETRY then it succeeded.

    Will this issue resolved if the exe is converted as MSI? Please let me know.
