Teams Bot channel not displaying Jpeg image properly

Hi,

I have deployed my bot in App Service and enabled 2 channel (Web Chat and Microsost teams) in Bot Channels Registration.
When in interact the Bot using Web chat i am getting response - Herocard (jpeg image) and displayed properly.
When i use Teams, Image is not displayed. Can you please help me?. Please refer the attached screenshots.

@vajeravel1000 According to an ongoing issue the image size and aspect ratio of the image could be a limitation that might not render the image. The size criteria is documented here for teams.

Does your image and hero card JSON satisfy this criteria?

I appreciate your help.
I tried setting up aspect ratio. but it is not working. Do you have any more suggestions for me?.

@vajeravel1000 Is your implementation similar to the one mentioned in these samples? I have noticed they have listed out limitations that some of the rich cards do not work on teams channel.

Sorry. Its my bad. Issue is not related to the card but with access to the image. solved it using Blob storage with correct access.

I am using Python based interface for BOT + LUIS development. I generate countplots(.jpeg images) for a given data and embed it in HeroCard. I follow repo: https://github.com/microsoft/BotBuilder-Samples/tree/master/samples/python

I use Bot channel registration for deploying BOTs into MS teams channel. i don't face any issues issues so far.

One issue i am seeing is the size of the image is shriked and not able to zoom it and hence x-axis and y-axis labels are not clear..

Can you guide how you used blob storage for this issue. I am facing the same issue.
