Password Sync takes 30 min to sync

I upgrade my ad-connect server to the last version (2.0.10.0), And now I have a problem with the password sync, from AD to 365, it's taking 30 minutes to sync.

(I don't have any problem with my forests...)

Any suggestions?

@Bar076 Thanks for reaching out.

Unless there is some issue, this should not take that much. Check event logs for events that might show errors for password sync.
On your Synchronization service client, check if there are any errors ?

Also check if the DC with which the service is communication, is it too far ? Check with other DCs and add the nearest one on preferred options to see if that makes any difference. you will need to add the fqdn of the DC there.

I'm with the nearest DC's

I don't see errors events. The pass sync is working well but is taking too much time

@Bar076 If there has not been any password change then it happens at 30 mins interval. If there is a password change, it syncs that up in 2 minutes.
Can you try changing any password and let me know if it still takes that long.

It works!
I try to change user password and the password was changed, but the time in "last pass sync" is not reset, it still takes 30 min.
maybe it's a bug?

@Bar076 Did a test and found it not always accurate like vent viewer logs. But does show correct status sometimes :

I would suggest to verify the status from event viewer, and do a one day status check, and raise a support case if you want to proceed further.

@Kavindu Dayananda If there has not been any password change then it happens at 30 mins interval. If there is a password change, it syncs that up in 2 minutes.
Can you try changing any password and let me know if it still takes that long.
