Terminate workers error

When I tried to terminate worker this message appears "
Specified time is not supported in this calendar. It should be between 04/30/1900 00:00:00 (Gregorian date) and 11/16/2077 23:59:59 (Gregorian date) inclusive Parameter name: Time "

For this issue, could you please tell more details? Where did you get this error message? Just the error message is not enough for us to understand this issue.

When I tried to terminate the worker and enter the termination date this message appears, that prevent me to complete the process
