What are you using for a virtual router?
Hyper-v wont take more than 30Ip with vSwitch
Hello there,
I'm using Hyper-V on Windows Server 2019, I got a server and I do a vSwitch with a virtual router and the server and it working but there is a small issues that I can't reach more than 30 IP (/27 Subnet)
There is a fix but its not good for me right now: that connect the virtual router and the server with a LAN Cable
Thanks

From my knowledge Hyper-V has no such limitations, contact your router service provider. as the issue might be of that cases too.
And do check the below link where a similar issue is discussed in Q&A
