Hi @Chopra
I would like to confirm with you first:
Do you have an Exchange on-premises server?
If so, did you mean:
- You have two separate AD domains, let's say domain-A and domain-B, and also a domain used for users to login Outlook from internet, let's say domain-C
- When domain-a users log in their computer, they use domain-A\username.
When they log in Outlook from internal, they need to use domain-B\username - And when users log in Outlook from external, they need to use domain-C\username
- You would like to have internet users use domain-B\username to log in Outlook (currently they are using domain-C\username)
If I misunderstood it, please feel free to correct me.
If it is the case, I suppose domain-C is your mail domain, which has DNS records in the public DNS.
If you would like to have internet users use domain-B\username instead, you may need to own this domain first and setup the corresponding DNS records in public DNS.
