Intune and Apple business manager

Hello,

I'm not sure if i'm at the right place but i'd hope so ;)

We have created an Intune group that is connected with Apple Business manager as application, that works fine. We don't want to use Apple ID's so we connected our Microsoft accounts with Apple business manager. So when an user logs in on their macbook (At the Apple ID field) with their Microsoft account everything seems fine, they get the Microsoft screen with authentication etc. But at the end the account is not logged in! As if nothing happend... I hope you can help me, if you need more information, I can provide. I've already had contact with Apple support but unfortunately they couldn't help me. They said the configuration of Apple business manager seems fine, the devices are listed in the business manager. It's probably a local issue...

    @Martijn van Os | KidsKonnect ,Thanks for posting in our Q&A. From your description, I know we have connected Microsoft account with Apple Business Manager. But when user logs in their MacBook, the authentication entered without logging. If there's any misunderstanding, please let me know.

    Before going on, I would like to confirm if connecting Microsoft account to ABM means we use federated authentication to link Apple Business Manager to Microsoft Azure AD. Here is a link for the reference:
