I have a winter theme on the desktop. I go to settings and change it but it comes back to the same static winter theme. How to I clear this?

System is activated and part of a domain
The desktop theme is from "Bing" . Can I turn off "Bing" themes? -

2021-10-09T16:24:27.023+00:00 Sometimes the administrator will manage the themes.
You may change themes if you want but check with your administrators and may be they are managing it.

Sean Liming 4,511 Reputation points2021-10-09T15:55:34.07+00:00 If the computer is part of a domain, the Domain administrator might have set the theme for you as part of the domain account. You might want to ask the admin to change the theme.
