We want to know if the IE webpage control in Access is going to be updated to Edge or ju?t continue to grow more obsolete as more new features are added to HTML.

We have program developed with MSAccess in the center of the page there is an embedded IE. Is there away we can embed Edge?

    Just like what shows in the roadmap, the new Web Browser Control (to support Chromium Edge) in Access is in development.

    We usually use WebView2 to embed Edge in app. I guess the new Web Browser Control will use WebView2. The WebView2 control uses Microsoft Edge (Chromium) as the rendering engine to display the web content in native apps.
