Have you logged in Edge with a profile account and turn on sync when you use Edge before? If so, you can log in with that account to see if the information you need is still in the profile.

I did turn sync on and off. Maybe that is my problem.-

2021-10-13T09:28:04.077+00:00 You can login in Edge with your account. But if you turn sync off before, some information won't be stored, and I think you will lose them if Edge setup runs again.

In your situation, Edge shows first run experience means it has been reset totally. The local cookies must be deleted. I searched a lot and find a similar thread, you can also refer to the solution in it.
