Hello,
I have different users that have a smartcard device with windows 20h2 and it happen that the service smartcard of windows not allow to read any more the device and change the point of view to only "ckey" in the settings and control panel.
After different tests the only way to solve was to erase the smartcard device with a different pc and then the smartcard was again able to be read from the first pc.
Is there any kind of procedure to perform to the same pc?

Try update the Card Reader driver.
